About the role
The People Solutions & Operations team at Chanel is responsible for delivering a smooth, consistent, and compliant employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence in people and learning processes.
The People Solutions and Operations Executive plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness of the P&O function by delivering high‑quality people operations, systems administration, learning operations, and employee support services. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and governance across employee lifecycle processes, allowing HR Business Partners and leaders to focus on strategic people, performance, and business priorities.
As a core operational role, this position acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers on people operations matters, providing reliable guidance and service through well‑managed processes, systems, and service delivery. The role also supports engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives that reinforce Chanel’s culture and values.
The ideal candidate is service‑oriented, detail‑focused, structured, collaborative, and comfortable operating across multiple people processes in a dynamic, people‑centric environment.
What Impact you can create at CHANEL
Employee Lifecycle & People Operations
Deliver end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire people operations, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and documentation across the employee lifecycle
Ensure compliance with HR policies, operational governance standards, and internal controls
Support employee lifecycle touchpoints to ensure a consistent, positive, and professional employee experience
Act as a trusted operational contact for employees and managers on people operations matters
Learning & Development Operations
Support L&D delivery, operations, and reporting
Act as system champion for learning platforms such as BOOST, BLOOM, and Intellect
Coordinate learning logistics, communications, and participation tracking
Support reporting and follow‑up for learning initiatives and corporate programs
Engagement, Wellbeing & Internal Communication
Lead staff sales events in coordination with relevant stakeholers
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities, including quarterly get‑togethers and branded employee events
Support wellbeing and wellness initiatives in collaboration with P&O stakeholders
Support internal communications activities and HR policy translation
Support administration, communication, and follow‑up for employee listening and engagement actions (e.g. Chanel Voices)
Operational Excellence & Projects
In conjunction with Business Services, People Solutions and market P&O team, support projects and process improvement initiatives towards operational effectiveness of the P&O function
Manage people operations processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and service quality
Manage team inventory administration
Ad hoc reporting and projects as requested
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Fluent in English & Thai in writing, speaking, and reading
3–6 years of experience in HR Learning development, engagement, operations or generalist roles
Experience working in a structured, multi‑stakeholder environment
Strong accountability and a hard-working trait
