Job Summary

This role is designed to deliver efficient and specialised HR services to dentsu for Australia and New Zealand, but other APAC markets may be covered in the future. As a People Services Advisor, you will deliver transactional and specialist HR services using Workday to respond to cases within the given SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and managers across a wide range of HR activities and processes in a fast paced environment.
  • Ensure standardised HR processes are consistently and effectively implemented across different cities and countries.
  • Manage service-related tasks including Workday data entry, HR document management, updates to internal tools and databases, and respond digitally to employee inquiries.
  • Monitor query resolution for employees, identify opportunities for process and service improvements, and regularly review performance in collaboration with the team.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality services that comply with global standards and meet business expectations.
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement projects to further own and support implementation.
  • Develop knowledge of local customs and employment laws to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery in the Australia and New Zealand markets preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or HR Shared Services experience
  • Proficient in Workday system is preferred
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, excellent service awareness
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and highly responsible; good data analysis capability is a plus
  • Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand market (preferred, but not required)
