People Process Specialist

Major Function

As our new People Process Specialist, you will execute and continuously improve core HR processes within the Nordics. You will ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
You will act as a subject matter specialist within defined process areas such as employee data, job changes, or time and attendance. You will work closely with HRBPs, managers, and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and high-quality employee experience.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day HR processes with a high degree of accuracy, structure, and legal compliance.
  •  Act as subject matter expert for selected process areas such as employee data, job changes, or time & attendance.
  • Support the implementation of new or updated global HR processes and tools, including Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Provide operational guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR processes.
  • Ensure high data quality and correct documentation in HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback to enhance performance.

Qualifications to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • A background or strong interest in Danish employment law—this may come from formal studies, HR experience, or relevant practical exposure.
  • Understanding of employment regulations, local compliance obligations, and collective agreements.
  • Experience with HR processes and working with digital HR tools (Workday, ServiceNow) and openness to learning new technologies, is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented mindset combined with structured problem-solving skills.
  • Accountability and curiosity to learn and develop within the HR function.
