We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on People Partner to join our People team. In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders across multiple groups to shape and deliver initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support long-term business goals. Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and People Shared Services to execute strategic HR plans that build financial and actuarial bench strength.

  • Be involved and sit in relevant functional committees, driving initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Identify strategic issues and implement HR policies, programs, and practices that align with business objectives.

  • For the business areas covered, deliver People leadership across business strategy, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, talent management, change management, and succession planning.

  • Ensure effective delivery of HR services to your business units.

  • Manage critical HR cycles, including compensation, talent management, and employee engagement surveys.

  • Provide expertise in areas such as Reward & Recognition, Leadership Development, Recruitment & Retention, and Organizational Effectiveness.

  • Influence management practices and drive cultural and behavioral change for long-term success.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legislation for all HR processes.

  • Educate leaders on HR trends that impact the business.

  • You’ll provide insight to senior leaders on all aspects of HR, including talent, compensation, organizational development, human capital alignment, and employee relations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent.

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a large, multinational organization.

  • Proven expertise in planning, change management, organizational effectiveness, and reward strategies.

  • Strong track record in team building and people leadership.

  • Broad HR generalist knowledge and mastery in multiple disciplines: recruitment, performance management, compensation design, organizational design, leadership development, and organization development.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand strategic direction and translate it into effective HR strategies.

  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.

  • Exceptional facilitation, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage conflict effectively.

  • High integrity, discretion, and credibility in handling sensitive information.
