As People Partner within EMEA and SEA, you will become part of our dedicated P&C team. Your role will be based in Gdansk, Poland and you will report to the Head of People Partnering & People Operations, EMEA & SEA.

Collaborating closely with Strategic Business Partners and COE functions across People & Culture, you will help execute on People Strategies, Yearly P&C processes as well as project and tasks throughout our joiner, mover and leaver processes, incl. playing a key role in implementation of Global P&C Programs within compensation, performance, and talent management. Mentoring people, resolving employee issues, managing P&C programs globally with a business and solution focus.

What will your main responsibilities include?

As a People Partner, you will engage with designated business areas in the locations and manage their HR agenda with the following main focus areas:

  • Effectively partner up with business leaders, providing full range support on People and Culture lifecycle activities, incl. annual performance-, organizational- and compensation reviews
  • Collaborate with Strategic Business Partners (who support Top Management) on implementation of Functional People Strategies
  • Understand business priorities and identify how P&C can drive value creation in pursuit of Company goals
  • Collaborate with Colleagues across the P&C organization from Regional People Partner teams throughout People Operations teams and Centre’s of Excellence teams on delivery of projects and tasks. For Poland close collaboration with Senior People Partner, who supports the entire Polish organisation and is placed in Buk
  • Counselling and execution within the following area of expertise: Career, performance & talent management, review processes, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, conflict grievance and dispute resolution, learning and development, recognition programs and engagement surveys
  • Act as talent broker and encourage internal career mobility

  • Come from a similar position within a larger global organization, are used to working in a matrix set-up and have some experience from deployment of annual HR wheel activities to every day case resolution.
  • You possess strong business acumen, are good at linking P&C priorities with business goals and are keen on driving value creation.
  • You are good at building trusted relationships and are a natural “go-to person” because you get things done.
  • You thrive at developing and improving P&C activities, linked to overall business purposes.
  • You are well versed with local employee legislation mainly in Poland.
  • You can identify challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them, while ensuring that implemented solutions make a real difference.
  • Lastly, you hold a relevant academic degree and are fluent in English.
