As People Partner within EMEA and SEA, you will become part of our dedicated P&C team. Your role will be based in Gdansk, Poland and you will report to the Head of People Partnering & People Operations, EMEA & SEA.

You will partner up with business leaders, helping them build and develop their organizations, making sure that all people decisions are sound, sustainable and data driven. You’ll also play a meaningful role in advancing a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce in Hempel, securing this through our hiring, promotion, retention practices.
Collaborating closely with Strategic Business Partners and COE functions across People & Culture, you will help execute on People Strategies, Yearly P&C processes as well as project and tasks throughout our joiner, mover and leaver processes, incl. playing a key role in implementation of Global P&C Programs within compensation, performance, and talent management. Mentoring people, resolving employee issues, managing P&C programs globally with a business and solution focus.
