To strengthen our HP BeNeLux team, we are looking for a passionate People Organization Lead for the Netherlands.

As a People Organization Lead for the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role with significant potential for growth. You will help build an environment where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally. Working closely with business leaders and under the guidance of our HR BeNeLux Lead, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise across the full spectrum of HR.
In the Netherlands alone, we support approximately 430 employees plus contractors.
WHAT THIS ROLE BRINGS YOU?
In this dynamic and evolving position, you will:
Support the smooth operation of HR activities, acting as a connector between the HR Global Services Hub, Payroll, Total Rewards, Recruitment, and local teams—ensuring compliance and resolving escalations.
Contribute to HR activities across Belgium and Luxembourg, playing an important role in strengthening our BeNeLux organization.
Help build strong relationships with Employee Representation Bodies. Together with the HR BeNeLux Lead, you will support the constructive and compliant functioning of the Works Council and ensure adherence to HR‑related legal obligations.
Provide guidance to managers in their day‑to‑day people leadership responsibilities, leveraging corporate programs related to Hiring & Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. Act as a point of escalation for employee matters and disputes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiencies that enhance HR processes.
Collaborate with colleagues to design, implement, and support initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and sense of belonging at HP BeNeLux—ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
To excel in this role, you will bring:
A degree in Human Resources or equivalent practical experience, with 5–7 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, government regulations, and core HR domains.
Excellent IT skills and strong communication abilities in both Dutch and English, German is a plus.
A proactive, relationship‑focused mindset that prioritizes trust, transparency, and collaboration.
A results‑driven, adaptable approach with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to identify and implement improvements.
