Job Description

Hybrid:

This position requires being on-site 3 times per week.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-implementation review, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Apply Process-Driven Application methodologies to streamline and standardize People Operations workflows for efficiency and consistency.

  • Use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze and improve HR process flows, identifying bottlenecks and reducing waste.

  • Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation of HR processes.

  • Develop and present insights and reports using Microsoft Power BI, demonstrating commercial acumen by connecting HR data to business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective People Operations solutions.

  • Ensure accuracy of the knowledge base and proper documentation of processes.

  • Support daily People Operations activities, including training logistics, global mobility, onboarding/offboarding, and document administration.

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new HR technologies, best practices, and data analysis techniques, showing strong Learning Agility.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Advanced English proficiency (Portuguese is desirable).

  • Proven experience in People Operations, HR Analytics, or similar analytical roles, preferably within a large organization.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, including statistical analysis and data visualization.

  • Expertise in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

  • Experience applying Process-Driven Application methodologies and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles in HR contexts.

  • High autonomy and learning agility, with a track record of quickly acquiring new skills and adapting to change.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Availability to travel between Argentina locations (Buenos Aires, Rosario).

What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in automation and digitalization projects within HR environments.

  • Certifications in Project Management (PMI, Scrum, Agile) or data analysis tools.

  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and other visualization tools.

  • Previous experience in multinational or highly complex corporate environments.
