What the Role Entails
1. Process COE
- As point of contact of Shared Service Team, optimize and maintain global/regional standardized SOPs for onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, ensuring operational excellence.
- Continuously optimize process workflows to reduce cycle time, minimize manual intervention, and improve data accuracy by collaborating with cross-functional team and COEs within Shared Service Team.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for process-related queries, providing guidance to HRSSC teams, internal HRs, and business stakeholders.
2. Operational Oversight
- Oversee the execution of critical/non-standard employee lifecycle processes, identify bottlenecks in upstream/downstream workflows, and lead root-cause analysis for issue resolution.
- Monitor process SLAs and generate actionable resolution to drive process improvements.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with recruitment teams to establish a seamless handover process from offer acceptance to onboarding initiation.
- Collaborate with IT, Admin and other support functions to align process requirements (e.g., equipment allocation, access provisioning, office address update) and ensure end-to-end operational continuity.
- Engage with HRBP/business to understand department-specific needs, balance standardization with flexibility, and tailor process adaptations where necessary.
4. Employee Experience & Stakeholder Support
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience during critical lifecycle moments.
- Gather feedback from employees, managers, and cross-functional partners to identify pain points and implement targeted process improvements.
- Train HRSSC regional hub teams on process SOPs, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent service delivery.
Who We Look For
- 8+ years of experience in HR Shared Service Center, with specialization in HR process optimization and digitalization preferred; experience of employee life-cycle operation/project management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, proven ability to drive change management, and achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experienced in Workday and ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret HR data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin);
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
