Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client groups across multiple locations.
Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment coordination.
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, and learning programs.
Manage HR data integrity and reporting through HRIS systems.
Assist in change management and communication strategies for organizational initiatives.
This position may be required to travel up to 25% based on business needs and client groups assigned.
The following are required for the role
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) across core HR functions
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws
Strong influencing skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities.
