The Mission: Why We Exist

Bees are the silent infrastructure of our global food supply, responsible for pollinating 75% of the crops that feed 8 billion people. Yet, bees are facing an existential crisis. Traditional beekeeping is failing to protect them, with colony collapse rates reaching record highs.

At Beewise, we have reinvented the hive to save the bees. Our flagship product, the BeeHome, is a climate-controlled, solar-powered robotic apiary. Using computer vision and AI-driven neural networks, it monitors every individual cell in real-time, autonomously protecting bees from climate change, pests, and pesticides.

Our Impact in 2026:

  • Saving the Bees: Our primary mission is to reverse the trend of colony collapse. By reducing bee mortality by 80%, we are not just building tech; we are ensuring the survival of a species critical to life on Earth.
  • Supporting the Humans Behind the Mission: As our People Operations Generalist, you are the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the diverse workforce that deploys it. From our San Ramon engineers to our dedicated field teams and H-2A workers, you ensure every "Beewiser" has the support they need to thrive.
