Smith+Nephew is hiring People Operations Advisory Specialist with German.

What you will be doing?

As a People Operations Advisory Specialist, you will provide high quality HR advice and operational support to employees and managers across the organisation. You will manage end to end employee lifecycle activities including joiners, movers, leavers and contractual changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a strong focus on customer experience. Working closely with HR Business Partners and global colleagues, you will support complex employee queries, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and be involved in activities such as data privacy requests and mergers and acquisitions support. Your role will be central to ensuring our people processes run smoothly in a fast paced, shared services environment.

What will you need to be successful?

To succeed in this role, you will combine solid HR advisory experience with strong judgement, organisation skills and a customer focused mindset.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR advisory or HR shared services role, ideally within a regional or global environment

• Strong understanding of employment legislation and hands on experience supporting the full end to end employee lifecycle

• Proven ability to deliver accurate, pragmatic HR advice while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, customer focused setting

• Fluency in English and German, with confidence communicating professionally with employees and managers
