People Experience Supervisor is responsible for site's People Experience Support and internal communication, distributing the internal information in the site, promoting company culture, leading the internal communication and cultural activities/events at the site level, conducting new colleagues and culture etc. trainings, improving employee engagement, maintaining the relationship between company and employees, supporting site change management to create a good working atmosphere, and support both global and local projects' implementation in the site.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

1. Organize and carry out cultural activities at the site level.

2. Conduct new colleague’s orientation training and culture training and other HR related trainings.

3. Carry out Pulse Survey, communicate site-level Pulse Survey results and action plans, and track the progress of actions.

4. Responsible for site labor relations and employee relations management, edit and compile human resources-related policies in compliance with Chinese local laws and Pfizer regulations, supervise the implementation of policies, and accept employee complaints and consultations.

5. As the interface between the site and the local labor bureau, responsible for matters such as annual labor inspection and maintains a good relationship with the local labor bureau.

6. Keep communication with the site labor union and work with the union to maintain a good working environment in the factory.

7. Assist in the site change management, support the publicity and communication of stie change.

8. Work as the site interface with Pfizer's global internal communication team and China communication team.

9. Smoothly communicate and collaborate with Total Rewards, Candidate Experience, Onboarding Delivery (RODA) , GBS Core Human Resources Service Center (CHRS) and vendors to continuously optimize and enhance the site employee experience.

10. Assist Candidate Experience in promoting site and employer branding (providing promotional materials and assisting in the production of brochures).

11. Support the implementation of employee experience projects (such as culture, diversity, attendance system etc.) at in Dalian site.

12. Responsible for the internal cultural communication of the site, and ensure the smooth flow of organizational information transmission.

13. Follow the company and site vision, and implement site communication plan.

14. Responsible for writing and issuing press releases, and producing new media such as posters and various videos.

15. Responsible for the translation of major news within the company.

16. Responsible for the design, maintenance and update of site culture display.

17. Organize the publicity, promotion and implementation of the internal culture of the factory according to the specific theme.

18. As the representative of the site's personal information protection, work closely with the company's legal team and the site management team to ensure that the collection and use of the personal information is legal and compliant.

19. As continuous improvement expert in the Admin Process Center (PCT) to continuously improve processes, efficiency and service levels in integrated departments.

20. Perform other projects & tasks assigned by the Site Leader and PX Lead.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Educational Requirements/ Experience Required:

Bachelor degree, more than 4 years working experience. Experience in internal communication or human resources.

Competencies

- Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.

- Strong resilience and problem-solving skills.

- High degree of professionalism, service awareness and innovation awareness.

- Have good copywriting skills and text control ability.

- Proficient in using PPT, Yammer, and other tools of making poster, video.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Familiar with HR policies and procedures.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

· A Master's degree

· Relevant pharmaceutical experience

· Proven experience in HR operations, particularly proficiency in Workday and other HR systems

· Strong project management skills

· Organizational diagnostic and analytical abilities

· Analytical and creative skills to understand complex issuesand develop innovative solutions

· Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization

· Experience in people management, coaching, and development

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

· Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
