JOB PURPOSE
The People Operations Team Lead will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes managed by the People Operations team, including MyHR Advisors. You will be responsible for guiding and coordinating the team in delivering accurate and timely transactions in Workday and related systems, across onboarding, data changes, exits, benefits processes, and query management. You’ll act as an escalation point for complex cases, review performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless employee experience across the hire-to-retire journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and support People Operations Specialists and MyHR Advisors to deliver HR services for the assigned region.
Manage workload distribution, ensure service levels, and act as escalation point for complex cases.
Coach and develop team members, supporting onboarding and continuous growth.
Performance & Compliance
Ensure accurate processing of employee lifecycle events and adherence to SLAs.
Maintain data quality, compliance with SOPs, and audit readiness.
Approve bulk data uploads and oversee case resolution with stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
Drive process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain local SOPs and knowledge base content.
Stakeholder Management
Represent the hub in complex cases and build trust with markets.
Collaborate with global/regional stakeholders on improvement projects.
Additional (Market-Specific, As Required)
Support local, regional audit exercises that touch upon the hubs, or where analytics are required, linking to process, SOP or data that the hub performs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR delivery in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of leading teams to achieve performance targets in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of HR processes and policies, ideally across multi-country or regional operations.
Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or similar HR systems).
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
