The Role

Are you someone who loves bringing people together, turning ideas into real experiences, and creating a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of ? You’ll be joining a team with a long history and deep expertise - and you’ll help us keep that knowledge alive, shared, and inspiring for the next generation. This is a role for someone who wants to make impact from day one. You’ll have the freedom to design, experiment, create, and elevate engagement in your own way. BMG wants to further invest in its most important capital: human capital. You will be driving this people strategy and help us step up in our employee engagement.

What you will do

Our BMG team has colleagues with incredible experience — your role is to help keep that knowledge flowing. You will:

  • Help coordinate individual development plans (IDPs)

  • Make it easy for people to learn from each other

  • Build engagement campaigns that bring energy and spark collaboration across silos
  • Create bite-size, visual, engaging internal communications (think: newsletters, reels, presentations, creative updates, short videos)
  • If you enjoy creating experiences or telling stories — this part of the job is made for you.

Organize & Coordinate

  • You’ll work closely with many colleagues across the organization, becoming a trusted go-to person for coordination, internal communication, and engagement
  • Prepare materials for meetings and workshops
  • Track follow-ups and ensure things don’t fall through the cracks
  • Support with basic reporting (headcount, planning dashboards, onboarding progress)
  • You don’t need HR experience — just strong coordination skills and a hands-on mindset

Why this role is perfect for you

  • You get ownership early - your ideas can become real events, rituals, or improvements
  • You make visible impact on culture, collaboration, and engagement
  • You express your creativity through events, storytelling, design, presentations
  • You connect with many people and become the heartbeat of the organization
  • You grow professionally in coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and people development
  • You shape the future of a team that truly values your fresh perspective
  • You won’t be “the admin person.” You’ll be the culture builder and engagement driver

Who You Are

  • Social, curious, and naturally good at connecting people
  • Creative and loves organizing things (events, activities, content)
