People and Culture Manager has responsible to plan, implement and control overall human resources development practices within the company by maximizing the use of internal and external resources in order to provide sustainable people and organizational development that will support business partners and improving organizational effectiveness. The position holder also responsible in HR business planning and strategy.

This person will:

  • Provide professional work & strategic management for supporting and enhancing the performance of Human Resources Department.

  • Design and deliver Organization Development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support FWD to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.

  • Design and Implement Talent Management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organization goals.

  • Responsible for annual talent review, talent retention through assessment, career development, coaching and counselling program, etc.

  • Responsible for updating, reviewing & redesigning the Organization Development procedures if needed, to achieve the goals strategically.

  • Responsible for the FWD job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.

  • Evaluate, analyze and improve Organization Development program for all employee.

  • Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

  • Managing and reporting the performance of Organization Development and Talent Management periodically to the BOD.

  • Manage and control all documents related to Organization Development and Talent Management.

  • Design and Implement Diversity & Inclusion framework and strategies to support the company as an inclusive organization.

  • Perform ad hock duties as assigned by superior.
