Essential Job Functions
New-Hire Onboarding and Offboarding
Implement and improve new hire onboarding and offboarding processes and monitor their progress to ensure a seamless experience.
Address queries and requests from new hires
Managing foreign employee work pass related matters
Benefits Management
Support employee benefits education and administration, including (but not limited to) insurance enrolment and termination for new hires and leavers.
Government paid leave tracking and claim submissions (maternity leave, childcare leave, etc.)
People & Culture Team and Engagement Support
Support internal communication drafts for P&C initiatives (e.g. emailers for new policies, P&C campaigns)
Support and coordinate town halls and engagement events
Support P&C cycle related administration and routine tasks where needed
Learning & Development Administration
Support the administration of in-house training programmes and L&D initiatives
Maintain learning records and assist with training coordination and logistics
HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other P&C applications
Process HR administrative tasks such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information including events and changes in Workday system
Manage user training and resolve user support queries and issues
P&C Projects
P&C Metrics / Org Chart/ Employment Verifications / All Hands slides / Recognitions
Employee resources: Initiate improvements and develop instruction guides, FAQs and other documentation to improve collaboration and accessibility to information across remote teams
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in HR administration or operations, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, related fields or equivalent working experience.
A positive energy supplier who is willing to grow and learn as the business scales
A proactive and independent self-starter, balanced with a willingness to learn and seek feedback from others.
People-oriented, approachable and a strong communicator who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Detail-oriented and meticulous, especially with regard to data reconciliation and able to multi-task
Comfortable with evolving changes and is resourceful in seeking out support from stakeholders to achieve goals.
Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite and AI tool preferred
Exposure to international mobility or regional HR coordination or learning administration processes preferred
