We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in compliance and engagement initiatives.
Prepare materials and supplies for hourly new hire orientation sessions.
Conduct warehouse tours for candidates during the interview process to provide insight into operations.*
Print and distribute new hire badges and OP (OpenPath) cards.
Upload attendance and behavioral feedback forms to individual employee profiles.
Use UKG (or other HRIS) for reporting, attendance tracking, and roster management.
Assign attendance points for No Call/No Show (NCNS), Voluntary Time Off (VTO), and missed punches in line with attendance policy.
Perform regular roster scrubs to ensure accuracy of scheduling and employee data.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including logistics, setup, and communications.
Send JA (Job Abandonment) notifications following established HR protocols.*
Sort, send, and direct incoming mail to the appropriate departments or personnel.
