The Team
The People team at TRI plays a critical role in supporting this mission. We partner across the organization to ensure that our people programs enable innovation, inclusion, and impact. We're a collaborative, curious, and values-driven group that’s passionate about making TRI an exceptional place to work.
As a People Coordinator, you will support our mission-driven, research-oriented organization. This role plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Team. This position ensures HR processes are executed accurately and on time across onboarding, offboarding, compliance documentation, and employee record management. Working closely with managers and cross-functional partners, the People Coordinator helps maintain organized systems, supports a positive employee experience, and ensures established People Operations processes run smoothly and efficiently.
This role reports to the Manager, People Operations.
