People and Capability Partner - Penrith NSW

We’re looking for a values‑driven People & Capability Partner to join our Penrith site, just 50 minutes from Sydney’s CBD. Home to the iconic Dairy Farmers brand, Penrith is our primary white milk manufacturing site and a critical part of our national network. Partnering closely with site leaders and teams, you’ll drive meaningful impact across leadership capability, culture and everyday people experiences.
Drawing on your expertise in employee relations, injury management and EA negotiations, and backed by our People & Capability Centres of Excellence, you’ll be part of a high‑calibre, collaborative people team, united by a shared passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
The Role
Empower leaders and teams. Coach, challenge and support people leaders to unlock potential, lift capability and drive business success.
Be the trusted people advisor. Provide expert guidance on people policies, practices and compliance to protect employees and minimise organisational risk.
Lead complex employee relations. Navigate ER matters and EA negotiations with empathy, expertise and integrity, fostering positive, fair and sustainable outcomes.
Champion culture and experience. Strengthen our unique culture and create meaningful moments that ensure every team member feels valued, connected and inspired.
Drive change and performance. Partner with leaders to embed effective people structures, lead change initiatives and continuously improve site performance in line with strategy.
About you
Proven experience across people partnering, employee relations, organisational development or HR shared services environments
Experience partnering in an FMCG manufacturing setting is highly regarded
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
Injury management and Enterprise Agreement negotiation experience
A passion for building capability. Confidently facilitating engaging training and workshops that uplift leader confidence, strengthen people skills and drive real behaviour change
