We’re actively seeking a talented People Business Partner Consultant to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC.

We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across global teams. In this role, you will shape and execute talent strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, and provide data‑backed insights that support high‑impact business outcomes.

This is a senior‑level role requiring advanced HR expertise, executive‑level influencing skills, and the ability to translate complex people and organizational challenges into actionable, future‑focused solutions.

How you’ll help move us forward:

Talent Strategy, Leadership Development & Workforce Planning

  • Lead global talent planning cycles including succession planning, capability assessments, and workforce design.

  • Guide senior leaders in developing talent pipelines and building critical skills such as AI fluency, digital capabilities, and adaptability.

  • Provide coaching and tools that enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational capability.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership

  • Assess organizational structures and operating models; recommend improvements that enhance effectiveness and scalability.

  • Support senior leaders in navigating transformation and change, including readiness, communication, and cultural alignment.

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen workforce agility and cross‑team collaboration.

AI‑Enabled Insights & People Analytics

  • Use advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools to uncover workforce trends and inform senior‑level decisions.

  • Convert data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for business leaders.

Culture & Global Employee Experience

  • Co‑lead global culture initiatives that reinforce high performance and enterprise collaboration.

  • Provide senior‑level guidance on employee experience and organizational engagement themes.

  • Identify opportunities to remove systemic barriers and improve organizational climate across global teams.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including consulting directly with senior leaders.

  • Strong background in talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, or leadership development.

  • Advanced proficiency with analytics, insights, and AI‑enabled HR tools.

  • Exceptional influencing skills and executive presence, with the ability to lead through ambiguity.

  • Experience working in complex, global, or matrixed organizations.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$167,670.00 - $204,930.00
