Our People & Culture Experience & Performance ("XP") team is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise-wide people operations strategy that enhances the employee experience, nurtures local talents, ensures local compliance and encourages a high-performance culture.
Partner with the best
We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Experience and Performance Partner (Country HR Business Partner) to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen, supporting our Employees and People Leaders across our UK sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources including topics such as Employee relations (Grievances, Disciplinary and HR Investigations) , talent and succession planning, performance management and compliance. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing employee relations effectively.
As a People and Culture- XP Partner, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or CIPD with experience in Human Resources (as HR generalist or HRBP).
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Have a strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Have experience within a Industrial/ manufacturing/ digital technology domain (preferred)
Be proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have adaptability and a willingness to embrace change.
