Job Description
Responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and drive continuous learning and performance improvement. This role ensures a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to development, performance management, and change initiatives—while supporting business continuity through workforce readiness and resilience planning.
Employee Engagement and Culture-building
- Develops and implements employee engagement programs that promote motivation, inclusion, and a strong sense of belonging.
- Leads initiatives that strengthen organizational culture aligned with company values and strategic priorities.
- Analyzes data and gathers insights from engagement and collaboration surveys and recommends action plans to improve the employee experience.
- Organizes recognition programs, internal events, and culture-building activities that reinforce collaboration and morale.
Competency & Performance Management
- Develops competency models and frameworks that guide career progression and succession planning.
- Works with internal (People Managers) and external partners to identify skill gaps and aligns development plans with business goals.
- Orchestrates the performance reviews and feedback processes across the organization to drive accountability and results.
Learning and Development
- Organizes and leads the execution of a group Learning Summit that covers sessions from industry experts, enabling employees to sharpen existing skills and learn new ones
- Co-designs learning and development programs that enhance individual and organizational capability.
- Ensures innovative learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, coaching, etc.) are in place to support diverse learning needs.
- Manages training needs assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI.
- Support leadership and professional development initiatives.
Change Management
- Support organizational change initiatives through structured change management frameworks.
- Communicate and manage the people side of transformation, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth transitions.
- Facilitate readiness assessments, impact analyses, and post-change evaluations.
Onboarding and Employee Integration
- Design, conduct and manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver engaging, consistent, and culture-aligned onboarding experiences.
- Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness through feedback and analytics.
Business Continuity
- Develop and implement people-related business continuity strategies and workforce contingency plans.
- Partner with Risk Management and leadership teams to ensure readiness during disruptions or crises.
- Promote resilience, adaptability, and wellbeing initiatives across the organization.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and keep them informed of progress to be able to deliver solutions that jointly address most if not all critical agenda

Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years experience in HR, Organizational Development, or People & Culture roles.
Proven experience in employee engagement, performance management and L&D.
Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in HR metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership skills and experience in communicating and leading initiatives across all levels of the organization
