About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is located in the heart of Seoul, offering world-class customized services and sophisticated features based on its craft and expertise. The People & Culture Coordinator is an integral part of the People & Culture Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations, People & Culture is there for all employees.

Responsibilities

• The People & Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the People & Culture Office.
• This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
• The People & Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.
• This highly visible role also provides administrative support to the People & Culture (including Learning) team.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• We are looking for individuals who possess a high proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher and MS Power Point and have working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential.
• Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both the Korean & English language.

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
