About the role

  • Responsible for all daily work-related system usage and management, such as fingerprint machine, door safety system, HotSOS Engineering system, etc. 

    负责日常工作相关的系统使用与维护,例如指纹机、门禁系统、工程报修系统等。

What you will do

  • Responsible for notice board posting and updating. 
  • 负责员工告示栏信息的张贴及更新。 
  • Responsible for documents flow for signature and filing management. 
  • 负责文件的签批流转及档案管理。 
  • Responsible for office environment and storeroom items are kept in order and stocktake all FFE regularly. 
  • 负责办公室整体环境及仓库物资有序存储负责FFE管理及定期盘点 
  • Responsible for all daily work-related system usage and management, such as fingerprint machine, door safety system, HotSOS Engineering system, etc. 
  • 负责日常工作相关的系统使用与维护,例如指纹机、门禁系统、工程报修系统等。 
  • Responsible for raising purchasing requisition for office supplies and training and activities materials to ensure sufficient stock of office supplies.  
  • 负责在采购系统中申请办公用品及培训和活动物资的采购,确保有合理的库存量 
  • Responsible for new hires’ check-in formalities, e.g. prepare welcome kit; prepare offer letter and labor contract; check-in new hires in Workday and Landa system, etc.  
  • 负责办理新员工入职手续,例如:准备新员工入职材料、聘用信、劳动合同以及在集团Workday和本地Landa人事系统中输入新员工信息。 
  • Responsible for coordinating the employee dormitory allocation with apartment. Assist to follow up the staff issue and come out the employee dormitory check report based on spot check result. 
  • 负责员工公寓的配置与日常维护协助处理员工公寓发生的员工事件;制作员工公寓检查报表。 

What you bring

  • University degree or equivalence. 
  • 大学本科或同等学历。 
  • Be of 1 year working experience at the same position in 5-star international hotel. 
  • 1年于国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。  
  • Being calm and patient and be of service passion. 
  • 冷静耐心,具备服务热情。 
  • Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer. 
  • 具备基本电脑操作知识。 
  • Good oral communication skill in Chinese & English.  
  • 良好的中英文口头沟通能力。  
  • Basic English business writing skill. 
  • 基本的商务英语写作能力。  
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • 熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。  
  • Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help. 
  • 逻辑性强、注重细节、平易近人及乐于帮助他人。
