We are looking for a People Analytics & Reporting Lead Specialist to join our Human Resources Department, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to deliver actionable workforce insights. The role focuses on transforming people data into meaningful analysis and reporting that supports evidence-based decision-making and drives strategic people outcomes across the organization.
The People Analytics & Reporting Lead Specialist is responsible for real-time monitoring, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate workforce data. This role focuses on sending reports, updating and proof-checking data, and identifying discrepancies during daily rotations. The People Analytics & Reporting Lead Specialist plays a crucial role in providing real-time insights and flagging issues to HR Leads for further analysis and resolution.
What you'll do:
Monitor real-time adherence and workforce performance, escalating issues as needed.
Update and validate reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Communicate with operational teams to ensure real-time adjustments align with business needs.
Assist in maintaining workforce management system data integrity.
Close cooperation with payroll team on data input for payroll processing purpose.
Collaborate with WFM team to improve people reporting processes and efficiency.
Analyze workforce trends related to turnover, productivity, talent acquisition and mobility.
Develop predictive models such as hiring forecasts, workforce planning scenarios.
Interact with WD for identifying problems, support and on time adjustments.
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools such as WD, SAP, etc.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and accessibility across all HR metrics and KPI’s.
Standardize reporting templates and processes for group HR teams.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of experience in workforce management, real-time monitoring, or reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data analytics, Statistics or a related field (preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
Understanding of workforce management tools and real-time tracking systems.
Experience with WFM software (e.g., Calabrio, Zucchetti) is a plus.
Ability to process and verify large volumes of data efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time operational environment.
Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills for identifying and escalating reporting discrepancies.
Fluent in Italian language (both written & spoken) and good understanding of English language.
