About the Role
We’re seeking a People Analytics Partner (PAP) to drive data-driven decision-making across our Logistics & Services (L&S) organization and frontline operations. This role involves solving complex business data challenges, engaging diverse stakeholders, and enabling data-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with L&S and frontline operations to deliver analytics solutions in a complex, high-impact environment, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Translate business needs into actionable insights by defining analytics opportunities, conducting hands-on analysis, and creating reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards for leadership teams, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Create compelling data stories and visualizations that simplify complex datasets and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Build analytical capabilities across the organization through training, education, and promoting self-service tools (PowerBI, Excel, etc.).
  • Influence data strategy and product development by shaping roadmaps for reports and dashboards and contributing to the evolution of the People Data model.
  • Monitor and improve data quality by collaborating with Data Management and other teams to resolve issues and remove blockers.
  • Support global initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing data models, metrics, and workforce insights, as well as internal optimization efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, HR, or related field.
  • Proven experience in people analytics or business data analysis in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like PowerBI and Excel.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building data capabilities and self-service culture.
