People Analytics & Listening Analyst

Job Description

  • Data Analytics
    • Own routine data cleaning and validation, applying data quality rules and escalating complex issues to team members as needed.
    • Prepare and distribute recurring reports on key people metrics (e.g. Turnover, Time in Role, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update documentation for metrics, data definitions, and analytics processes to enable knowledge sharing and onboarding.
    • Track and monitor the impact of people programs by analyzing trends across key metrics, flagging insights and anomalies for team review.
    • Respond to ad hoc analytics requests from HRBPs and other partners, including merging and reconciling data sets, synthesizing findings, and creating clear data visualizations. Partner with senior team members on complex or executive-level requests.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting or analytics workflows and recommend process improvements to the team.

  • Listening Program Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Manager – People Analytics & Listening for survey deployment, training, access assignment and audits, translations, and other program logistics.
    • Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to the survey platform, escalating unresolved or technical issues to appropriate team members.
    • Monitor data integrations for the listening program, identify and resolve routine errors, and coordinate with IT or vendor support for complex issues.
    • Participate in special projects or initiatives to enhance employee listening programs or analytics capabilities.

  • Stakeholder management: Responds quickly, sets expectations, and follows through - especially on recurring reporting and ad hoc HRBP requests.
  • Ownership: Takes responsibility for deliverables from intake to completion - clarifies what “done” means, plans the next steps, communicates progress proactively, and closes loops with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Adapts message, detail level, and format to the audience – stays crisp and outcome-focused with leaders, practical and action-oriented with peers/HRBPs, and curious/learning-oriented with technical partners.
  • Learning Agility: Picks up new metrics, definitions, tools, and processes fast; asks smart questions and incorporates feedback without defensiveness.

Other Requirements:

  • Working proficiency of Excel, basic statistics
  • Language Requirement: Fluent in English
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Nice-to-haves: BSc in Psychology (organizational / business), or other human resources-related degree, Experience with Workday
