As a Data Science Intern within our People Insights & AI team, you'll help transform people data into actionable insights that empower managers and HR professionals across Sanofi. Ready to get started?
The Sanofi People Insights & AI is an innovative, dynamic and international team with a mission to democratize access to high-quality people data and deliver actionable insights. We are looking for a motivated and open to learning intern to join our data science team in 2026, where you'll contribute to advanced analytics projects while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Support the People Insights & AI data science team by preparing and cleaning data, creating visualizations and dashboards, and contributing to econometric and ML/AI model development
Participate in designing impact evaluations, experiments, and data collection strategies for people analytics initiatives
Collaborate with team members on developing production-ready solutions that deliver actionable insights to HR professionals and managers
Assist with ad-hoc data requests and analysis to support evidence-based decision making
Help communicate research findings through blog posts, internal newsletters, and webinars to increase data literacy across the organization
Education: Ongoing university studies, ideally in a Master's program in computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, economics, organizational psychology, data science or a related discipline with a strong quantitative focus
Technical skills: Familiarity and some experience with core data science languages (such as Python, R, and SQL); understanding of statistical concepts and theoretical foundations of ML/AI
Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Personal qualities: Interest in people analytics and working with people data; curiosity, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn
Availability: Ready to work at least 10 hours/week
Nice to have: Hands-on experience working with complex datasets, cleaning and visualizing data, building models, collaborating on GitHub/GitLab; knowledge of and some experience with Power BI
