The People Analytics (PA) Consultant serves as a strategic, client-facing partner to designated business segments and People Centers of Excellence. This role focuses on deeply understanding business priorities, translating them into high-impact people analytics opportunities, and embedding data-driven decision-making into day-to-day people and business processes.
Position Responsibilities
Serve as the primary People Analytics consultant and point of contact for aligned business segments and/or People Centers of Excellence, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategies, priorities, operating context, and key people challenges.
Proactively identify and shape high-impact people analytics opportunities that support client strategies, moving from problem definition through insight to action.
Partner with clients to prioritize demand, ensuring People Analytics capacity is focused on work that delivers the greatest business and people impact.
Deliver analytics solutions by:
Enabling clients to self-serve through existing dashboards, tools, and products
Conducting analyses directly where appropriate
Orchestrating work across the broader People Analytics team to bring the right expertise to each problem
Act as a subject-matter expert on People Analytics products, tools, and service offerings, and stay current on external people analytics trends, translating them into practical applications for clients.
Embed people analytics insights and capabilities within client organizations through effective storytelling, change management, and influence.
Upskill client teams and leaders to build confidence and capability in using people data as part of regular decision-making and planning processes.
Coach consultant colleagues on deeper understanding of our data and share wins in your client groups to enable your peers to scale.
Champion data-driven decision-making by sharing success stories, case studies, and examples of impact that reinforce the value of People Analytics across the organization.
Help refine the People Analytics consultant operating model and strategy, working with client groups to operationalize it.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, HR, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, management consulting, HR, or a related field, with demonstrated exposure to client-facing or stakeholder partnership work.
Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at multiple levels, including HR leaders, business leaders, and PeopleComms Centers of Excellence.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, implications, and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
Experience prioritizing and managing multiple requests or projects, balancing stakeholder needs with available capacity and impact.
Comfort working with people data, metrics, and dashboards, and a solid understanding of how people data can inform workforce and talent decisions.
High degree of curiosity, learning agility, and comfort operating in evolving environments and operating models.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience operating in a matrixed or global organization, supporting multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Familiarity with common people analytics domains such as talent acquisition, retention, engagement, workforce planning, performance, inclusion or skills.
Experience enabling self-service analytics through dashboards, tools, or data products (e.g., Workday reporting, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
Exposure to change management, capability building, or upskilling efforts related to data-driven decision-making.
Prior experience working in or alongside HR functions, HR Business Partners, or PeopleComms Centers of Excellence.
Awareness of external people analytics trends and emerging practices, with the ability to translate them into practical, business-relevant applications.

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,475.00 USD - $160,290.00 USDEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
