Job Title: People Agenda Change Execution, VP
Location: Pune, India
Role Description
This role sits within the TDI Chief Strategy Office (CStO), a sub-division under Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) division.
The Project Management & Change Execution role is responsible for delivery of the value and strategic outcomes of the Change book of work ensuring successful transition into the organisation’s goals, processes and technologies.
Work includes:
- Partnering with the Business & Infrastructure areas, building a deep understanding and/or leveraging SME knowledge in order to have a clear understanding of the business outcomes articulate requirements, source and document details on process, metrics and data in order to execute the change mandate
- Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects/ products, managing and reporting status of product roadmap and/ or project status, RAID and financial information to support effective decision making
- Removing blockers to ensure the team is successful and working with end users to ensure successful adoption
- Developing project/ product & change artefacts during the change lifecycle, e.g., scope, business case, communication, change management and / or training plans, materials and overseeing / monitoring the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations
- Providing training/mentoring where applicable on various methodologies; including change management, agile, process re-engineering, robotics, project methodologies, and continuous deployment.

Your key responsibilities
- Setup and management of the TDI People Agenda book of work across multiple workstreams in partnership with the Chief Strategy Office team, HR and volunteer-led initiatives and communities.
- Support planning, funding approval/prioritisation and tracking across TDI’s People Agenda, engagement and marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including HR, COO, communities and ERGs, TDI divisions and regions.
- Provide project management, leadership and execution support to drive delivery of selected priority initiatives.
Your skills and experience
- Self-starter who can work collaboratively with least supervision and have attention to detail
- Effective communicator with experience of working with and influencing senior global stakeholders
- Demonstrable collaborative working and working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing multiple parallel activities
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other basic tools
- Working experience in JIRA, sharepoint, clarity, workday etc. are desirable
- Experience working in Technology Change or PMO roles in a large Financial Institution or Bank preferred
