Role Description

Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer, this role supports the facilitation and execution of internal HR/People Operations processes for the wider FNZ People team and Corporate Functions, Governance and ER, as needed.  This role plays a crucial part in strengthening both FNZ’s data-driven strategy for enhancing employee relations as well as providing our People function (which includes HR, global L&D, Analytics and Talent Acquisition) with the necessary resources and support required to successfully complete day-to-day functions efficiently. 

The successful candidate should be a pro-active self-starter, with excellent organization and communication skills. This role offers excellent opportunities for the right person to develop their project coordination capabilities, and will involve day-to-day interaction with key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling confidential and data-sensitive requests in a professional and efficient manner demonstrating the utmost discretion at all times

  • Data gathering and reconciliation to ensure accurate management reporting across the function

  • Responsibility for a varied portfolio of project work (People processes/initiatives, data reconciliation, management reporting) and the coordination of these projects across multiple stakeholders

  • Responsible for any data request changes or reviews needed in WorkDay or other People-related systems

  • Responsible for raising requisitions for employee backfills and new positions which are created

  • Managing the People Portal mailbox to resolve internal queries and support requests for the People function

  • Helping Business Partner team for Corporate Functions, Governance and ER in various People Team-related activities, as needed.

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR, project coordination or associated role, preferred

  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, good understanding of management reporting

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work streams with varied deadlines

  • Is a self-starter and independent thinker, and can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to develop collaborative working relationships across multiple teams internally

  • Familiarity with Workday is an advantage; but is a quick learner with learning and navigation systems.
