You'll be responsible for:

Employee Support:

  • Acting as main contact for employees on HR policies, compensation, benefits, performance, payroll, and inquiries

  • Assisting People Partners with employee lifecycle processes

  • Supporting roll‑out of HR initiatives (reviews, surveys, benefits enrolment)

  • Promoting HR Portal and guiding employees/managers on Workday and HR systems

  • Managing Workday transactions to maintain accurate employee data

  • Collaborating with HR/business teams on recognition, wellness, and engagement programs

  • Assisting in implementing DEI initiatives and driving awareness

  • Contributing to employee experience by gathering feedback and improving HR processes/tools

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Implementing initiatives to enhance engagement and workplace culture

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to plan engagement activities boosting retention

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Coordinating onboarding for new hires and ensuring smooth transitions

  • Conducting orientation sessions and providing training/resources

  • Managing offboarding process and documentation per policy

  • Developing and maintaining induction materials for third‑party staff

Third‑party Staff:

  • Collaborating with Operations to meet staffing needs

  • Analyzing headcount, overtime, attrition, absenteeism trends

  • Developing contingency plans with Operations, ER Lead, and vendors

  • Handling invoice escalations and coordinating with Finance for resolutions

  • Managing recruitment of third‑party staff with vendors and site leaders

  • Supporting ER Lead in external stakeholder management

Site Compliance & Audits:

  • Assisting ER team in ensuring labor law compliance

  • Monitoring site adherence to regulations and company policies

  • Maintaining compliance and audit records

  • Supporting corrective actions for audit findings

  • Updating and implementing site compliance policies

  • Training staff on compliance requirements and best practices

  • Collaborating with managers to integrate compliance into daily operations
