What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Group Annuity, Pension Administrator for a one-year term.
This role is primarily focused on data accuracy, administration and operational efficiency, while also supporting client and partner inquiries as needed.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality service and data integrity.
This position may have the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role based on performance and business need.
What will you do?
•Work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
•Accurately enter, update and maintain member and plan data within internal systems, ensuring a high level of precision
•Verify data, identify discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve issues while maintaining data integrity
•Process member transactions and administrative changes within established service level agreements (SLAs)
•Collaborate with internal teams and support partners to research and resolve inquiries, including more complex or escalated cases
•Assist in maintaining organized electronic records and contribute to process improvements and continuous learning initiatives
What will you need to succeed?
Must have:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven, high-volume environment requiring accuracy in data entry, validation and maintenance
•Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality
•Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task across systems
•Effective communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), including working knowledge of Excel
Nice to have:
•Experience in Group Annuity, pension administration, or the benefits/retirement industry
•Knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions or related policies and payroll/accounting processes
•Post-secondary education (college or university preferred)
•Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$46,000.00 - $70,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
