Currently, Aalto University is seeking a

pedagogical specialist

for a permanent position starting February 1, 2026.

The specialist will enhance the pedagogical understanding of the learning community, support teaching development, and participate in training. The position requires a higher university degree, pedagogical qualifications, and experience in expert roles, offering an opportunity to work in an inspiring and development-oriented environment. Good knowledge of Finnish language is mandatory.

The salary for the position is determined by the general collective labor agreement for universities. We hope you can start as soon as possible.
