PCS Manager

• Senior project controls role within SMEC’s PMC delivery teams
• Responsibility for the PCS implementation on a campus-scale development

About the Role:
The PCS Manager will lead the development and operation of the Project Control System for a large university or institutional campus project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Control System
• Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and financial control systems
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and compliance
• Provide training and manage system upgrades

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• PMP or Primavera certification preferred
• Minimum 20 years of experience
• Mandatory PCS experience on university, college, or institute campus projects
