Job Responsibilities :
1.執行各項電話保全外撥回訪作業,並提供專業建議,以確保客戶權益得以延續。
2.協助客戶電話線上辦理保單契變服務,並確保異動作業正確完成。
3.收集客戶建議,提供相關單位追蹤、處理或了解、分析。
Job Qualifications:
1. 具1年以上電話外撥服務經驗 或 電話行銷 或 保險銷售工作經驗者。
2. 熟悉Word、Excel與文書處理能力,諳Excel 函數、樞紐分析者尤佳。
3. 具備良好溝通技巧&持續學習、彈性應變能力與客戶導向。
4. 大專畢業,保險商學或社工相關科系者佳。
5. 熟悉國、台語。
