Role summary
The PC1 Supply Chain Sr Specialist is the primary point of contact with the end customer on supply chain related matters. Reporting to the PC1 Customer Ops Manager acts as key stakeholder internally at the PGS site on assigned PC1 products.
Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Be the Primary point of contact for PC1 customer regarding the customer Purchase Orders, Forecast and shipping schedule.
Liaison with the PC1 Customer Operations Lead. Provide updates to changes that may impact the customer forecast.
Ensure that terms of the MSA are adhered to from the supply chain perspective.
Primary Point of Contact for PGS site planning team for adherence to the Customer Replenishment Plan.
Align with the PGS site scheduler / production dept. to address any requested changes that may occur at the site level or customer requested level.
Leads specific initiatives relevant to the customer products.
Here is what you need (Minimum Requirements)
Degree in Business, Engineering or Science.
Prior experience of at least 3 years in Supply Chain management / Operations within a pharmaceutical plant.
Subject matter expert (SME) in one of the following: Planning, Manufacturing / Tech Service, and Customer Service.
Fluent in Italian and advanced level of English
Nice to Have (Preferred Requirements)
Advanced use of Excel and knowledge of MRPII.
Strong in proactive relationship building and teamwork.
Experience in managing supply chain projects
