What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Lead the PC1 Virtual Product Teams (VPTs), ensuring efficient execution of processes aligned with Pfizer’s IMEx principles.
Act as the Primary Account Lead for established key customers within your portfolio, with accountability for operational and commercial oversight.
Oversee the relationship between customers and PGS internal sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and compliant products, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Support PC1 Operations Leads I and II on key / complex accounts.
Support the negotiation and manage necessary contracts / agreements for supply services, and technology licenses.
Maintain awareness of potential new business development prospects and align closely with Business Development to identify strategic opportunities to partner with customers for the manufacturing / packaging / testing of pharmaceutical products.
Develop and implement strategic plans for all customer accounts within your portfolio
Oversee and support operational budgets through the S&OP process and manage the performance of PGS internal sites supplying to your customers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Pfizer's internal policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across PC1, identifying opportunities to enhance operations.
Support risk management efforts, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Bringing new customer assets through TT and/or development to Commercialization utilizing site and above-site resources.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting Pfizer’s values and culture.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team towards achieving operational goals.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively liaise with different stakeholders.
Strong understanding of operational processes and systems, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in all operations.
Project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Commercial account management, overseeing customer relationships
Adaptable and flexible, able to navigate through changes and challenges with ease.
Strong problem-solving ability, able to think on your feet and make sound decisions when faced with operational issues.
