We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Co-op student to join our dynamic Product Management team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience developing and executing innovative strategies that drive the growth of our home and auto insurance business. What you'// do:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Business Case Development: Support the creation of business cases for new product features, enhancements, and regional expansion opportunities.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in managing and optimizing customer acquisition campaigns, particularly through digital channels like the PC Optimum program.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance data, translating key metrics into actionable insights and clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Analytics) to support growth initiatives and ensure projects are delivered effectively.

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated project management and time management abilities.
  • Experience working with loyalty programs (e.g., PC Optimum).
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a significant asset, especially as we expand our presence.
  • Familiarity or experience with Home & Auto insurance products
