Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Insights Lead to join our team. As an HR Insights & Knowledge Mgmt Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing complex HR data to create actionable insights and partnering with HR teams to develop data-driven solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, improving data management, and maintaining compliance with HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

HR Insights and Analytics

· Analyse complex HR data to create simple and informative visuals, reports, and dashboards

· Partner with HR teams on data projects and dashboard development to drive business outcomes

· Extract, organize, and ensure data accuracy to maintain high-quality HR data

· Understand and track key HR metrics, such as turnover, vacancy rate, and other relevant metrics

· Improve data management and business reporting to support strategic decision-making

Data Management and Compliance

· Train the Employee Data Management (EDM) team on data management and HRIS system use to ensure seamless data flow

· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures

· Update process documentation and trackers to maintain accurate records

· Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize data management

· Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and performance to meet business needs

Collaboration and Customer Satisfaction

· Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth data flow and effective communication

· Ensure customer satisfaction through feedback analysis and continuous improvement

· Align EDM operations with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) program to drive business excellence

Required Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data management, or a related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

· Proficiency in HRIS systems, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Office applications

· Strong understanding of HR metrics and data management principles

· Ability to work independently and lead projects to drive business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field

· Certification in HR analytics, data science, or a related field

· Experience working in a large-scale HR transformation or Global HRIS implementation

· Prior experience leading or supporting multiple HR data projects and dashboard development initiatives.
