The Position

The Benefits Analyst position provides essential services to the Benefits Operations Area-of-Practice within the People Reward and Recognition (PSS) Chapter. The Benefit Operations Area of Practice is responsible for the administration and operations of world-class benefit programs. 

In the Benefits Analyst position, you will be expected to understand benefit topics and policies for various countries within a region. This position will oversee the day-to-day administration of benefit programs and provide support and guidance to the People Support Team (PST). 

The Benefits Analyst will organizationally be aligned with People Support Solutions (PSS) and additionally be an active part of the People Reward and Recognition (PR&R) chapter. 

The Opportunity

The essential tasks include but are not limited to 

● Support PST with employee inquiries, benefit knowledge and working together to enhance the employee experience 

● Ensure integrations and systems are running properly and collaborate with IT to resolve all issues 

● Partner with PR&R on best practices and benefit plan change implementation 

● Support Open Enrollment activities including communications, employee education, and system testing 

● Serve to continuously improve work processes and reduce manual work from the system in order to create a more efficient and streamlined organization

Who You Are

● Expertise and experience (2+ years) in benefits administration and customer service such as health benefits, severance administration, voluntary benefits and benefits compliance activities.

  • Experience with Workday a plus

● Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and agency interpretations or opinions related to benefits 

● Strong communication, listening, interpersonal skills, and ability to follow directions necessary. 

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 

● Strong time management and organizational skills 

● English is required.

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $57,100 to $106,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
