Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure SOX compliance controls and processes are in place for each country/entity within the region.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of controls, ensuring all internal and banking approvals are completed on time.
  • Organize the team to maintain coverage and backup when members are out.
  • Facilitate cross-training across the region to eliminate single points of failure.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation for all activities.
  • Act as the escalation point for issues requiring resolution.

Role Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage approval workflows and operational processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in team coordination and cross-training.
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to serve as an effective escalation point.
