Meet the team:

The EMEA Payroll team ensures accurate and timely compensation for all employees, maintaining compliance with legal and organizational standards. As a Payroll Supervisor, this role is pivotal in overseeing payroll operations, driving process efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and leading the team to deliver exceptional service while supporting strategic business goals.

Where you come in:

  • You will ensure the accurate and timely production of monthly payrolls and act as liaison between our employees and third-party payroll providers.
  • You will review and validate incoming payroll data (data generated outside Workday system) such as RSU, ensuring accurate inputs are transferred to our third-party payroll providers within the deadlines set and in line with GDPR requirements. 
  • You will review monthly payroll reports produced by our third-party provider to ensure payroll entries are correct and accurately reflect the payroll inputs provided, following agreed internal payroll and SOX controls.
  • You will be a point of contact for payroll-related queries and assist employees in order that issues are resolved, either by proactively researching or liaising with third-party provider.  
  • You will be responsible for managing key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring continuous communication of timelines to all impacted parties.
  • You will track payroll related errors and monitor the quality of the payroll vendor services; share results and proposed mitigation plans with Payroll Manager.
  • You will develop and support team members in their career growth and daily responsibilities, while effectively managing the team.
  • You will Support payroll implementations as we expand into new markets. 

What makes you successful:

  • You have relevant Payroll & vendor management experience, preferably EMEA region related.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word. 
  • You are experienced in insurance/third party payroll and/or medical device reimbursement environment would be beneficial.
  • You hold a proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are strong communicator with proven decision-making skills, adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced environments both independently and in teams.

Experience and Education Requirements: 

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent. 

Flex Workplace: 

  • Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,258.33 to €4,025.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
