Payroll Processing & Control: Coordinate and validate payroll calculations with external providers, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution and payment release.
Workday Data Management: Maintain, update, and track employee master data in Workday (new hires, terminations, transfers, changes), ensuring accuracy and completeness for each payroll cycle.
Payroll Accounting & Reporting: Submit payroll inputs and reports to Finance/Accounting, ensuring correct salary, benefits, and statutory cost allocation.
Compensation, Benefits & Social Security: Support the administration and tracking of local compensation, benefits, and statutory enrollments (social security, insurance, healthcare, retirement plans).
Employee Support & Confidentiality: Act as the first point of contact for payroll- and benefits-related inquiries, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive employee experience.
Budgeting, SLAs & Metrics: Support country staff cost tracking, budgeting activities, and payroll-related KPIs/SLAs using Workday reporting.
Audit & Compliance: Maintain payroll and employee documentation in line with statutory requirements and support internal and external audits.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
University degree or advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to payroll processes; multinational experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Advanced English (written and spoken) for daily interaction with regional/global teams.
Workday experience is highly desirable.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; PowerPoint knowledge required.
Experience in process improvement, automation, standardization or KPI-related initiatives is a plus.
