This role offers the opportunity to join the International Payroll Services team and contribute to accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across multiple countries. The Payroll Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our global employee experience by ensuring payroll accuracy, governance, and adherence to local legislation. This position provides exposure to complex international payroll operations, collaboration with global HR, Finance, and vendor partners, and ongoing opportunities to strengthen technical, analytical, and compliance expertise in a dynamic environment. Reports to the Payroll International Manager
Own end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, including Ireland, England, Switzerland, Germany, Dubai, and Bermuda, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery ( with potential expansion to additional countries in the future.)
Audit payroll vendor outputs, manual payroll adjustments, and inbound data from Workday and third-party providers (Pension, benefits and others)
Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies; investigate and resolve issues
Flexibility to work across different time zones, as required (mandatory).
Flexibility to work overtime when required; overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable payroll legislation and company policy.
Process supplemental and off-cycle payrolls (e.g., incentives, equity, expatriates)
4–6 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in an international or multi-country environment (PCP, PLP also considered)
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax principles, and wage & hour legislation
Experience with large HR and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Ceridian, UKG)
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Experience supporting payroll across EMEA and other international regions
Exposure to complex payroll scenarios (mobile employees, expatriates, currency conversions)
Experience auditing payroll vendors and managing third-party relationships
Knowledge of payroll accounting, journal entries, and month-end reconciliations
Experience supporting payroll-related audits and statutory reporting

Salary range is expected to be between
$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
