Agropur is seeking a Payroll Accounting Analyst for a 15‑month term to join its St‑Hubert team.
In collaboration with the Payroll Coordinator, the Payroll Accounting Analyst acts as a subject‑matter resource for payroll services for the accounting teams, management, and financial analysts.

Salary range 003: 63 000$ à 78 700$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
What this role involves:
More specifically, the responsibilities of the Payroll Accounting Analyst are as follows:
Ensure the integrity of accounting interfaces within payroll systems;
Carry out the various payroll-related month-end accounting processes;
Prepare government remittances and those to other organizations, in accordance with required deadlines, and produce the related reports;
Analyze payroll-related general ledger accounts and explain variances;
Act as the primary point of contact for the payroll department for management and financial accounting analysts;
Participate in accounting and tax audits;
Contribute to the development of work methods and tools aimed at increasing the efficiency of the department;
Participate in accounting and tax audits.
What you need to join our team:
Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Accounting and Management, or another relevant diploma.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Knowledge of SAP and Workday software is an asset.
Payroll experience is an asset.
