Hello Future Payments Collections and Reconciliations Operations Specialist!

Perform the day-to-day operations for Client Payroll Collection Solution, ensuring the effective execution of payment processing, reconciliations, and client servicing, and operational support.
Are you someone who can:
- To ensure that escalated issues are addressed promptly, operational efficiencies are improved, and client satisfaction remains high.
- Ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and development.
- Day-to-day execution of payroll collection and reconciliation processing
- Ensure timely escalations of client servicing issues from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns and queries.
- Ensure that all settlements are completed accurately and on time, addressing any delays or errors.
You will be the ideal candidate if you have:
- 8- 10 years' experience in Reconciliations and data matching environment
- Knowledge of financial transaction processing and payment gateways
- Sound understanding of the insurance environment.
- Relevant product, systems and process knowledge relevant to the payroll industry
- Understanding an awareness of payment operations client facing and back -office processes
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Payroll understanding and experience
- Insurance Knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
