ELS is hiring for the position of Patrol Ranger Supervisor (Seasonal)-Lakeland Campground in Milton, Wisconsin.What you’ll do:
The Patrol Ranger Supervisor will supervise and train Patrol Rangers. As a Patrol Ranger Supervisor, you will patrol the grounds of the campground answering questions, enforcing rules, and ensuring the safety of our campers, staff members, and their belongings. The ideal employee can handle any stressful situation calmly and react accordingly with regard to local, state, and federal law.
Your job will include:
Experience & skills you’ll need:
High school diploma, or the equivalent.
2+ years in a Customer Service Environment.
2+ years in a Supervisory position preferred.
Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
Attention to detail
Strong communication and computer skills.
Knowledge of the RV business is a plus.
Weekends and holidays required
Current &valid driver's license
