We are currently looking for a Patient Support Specialist – Ostomy Care Benelux for our Customer Service department. In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for ostomates, helping them with expert advice, empathy and practical solutions so that they can continue to live their lives as carefree as possible.

As Patient Support Specialist:

• You are the first point of contact for ostomates in the Benelux
• You assess the need for assistance and provide personalised and appropriate product advice
• You guide patients with empathy, expertise and confidence
• You work closely with Sales, nurses and other internal departments
• You carefully record customer contacts in the CRM system
• You contribute to achieving team objectives within Customer Service

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
• Affinity with healthcare, patient contact and/or medical supplies
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• French is an advantage (or willingness to learn it – training will be provided)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• An accurate, service-oriented and analytical work attitude
• You preferably live in the Utrecht region
• Location: Utrecht region (hybrid) | 32–40 hours
