The Position

主要职责/责任:

根据市场总策略和区域实际，制定区域策略发展规划

• 根据中央总策略结合生态圈实际情况，分析并制定区域市场计划
• 进行数据整理及分析，洞察业务机会和风险，协助区域生态群负责人制定属地化策略
• 与各相关职能部门充分沟通，制定区域项目计划，并确保项目推进和执行效果，帮助实现业务目标

维护生态圈正常运营，保持生态圈内外部高效沟通，确保策略落地和项目执行

• 传递市场策略并确保信息及时准确的分享和反馈
• 生态圈内/间的市场活动有效实施/整合
• 在随访中整理一线同事和临床的反馈：市场环境，政策，医学进展，患者旅程痛点，项目反馈
• 对接圈外（总部）的医学/法务合规/准入/市场/培训等跨部门，建立沟通机制（时间，渠道，对接人），确保生态圈内外部的及时精准的传递
• 与区域生态群负责人协调一致, 最大化资源使用效率

区域市场费用管理

• 协助区域生态群负责人管理市场活动费用支出，确保不超出预算费用并确保使用的合规
• 提升ROI，协助生态群负责人调配费用支出，提升费用使用效率

跨学科/生态圈项目管理

• 识别并探索跨生态圈业务合作机会，与区域生态群各团队共同制定并执行跨生态圈合作项目。
• 负责与目标医院疾病领域经理协作，连同病理及临床医生建立牢固跨学科项目，提升医院诊疗水平及患者获益。

团队协作

• 协同生态圈负责人，支持生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施
• 主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合信息，提升团队客户/患者洞见。

岗位所需胜任力:

• 具备医学/药学的基础知识

• 跨领域知识学习能力

• 具备业务敏锐度和市场洞察、规划能力

• 较高的数据分析能力和高效的执行能力

• 正确的思维和行为 (罗力方)

工作年限

• 3年以上大型或合资制药企业销售或市场工作经验

教育程度/所获资格证书

•本科及以上学历（医学、药学、市场相关更优）
